SPF connects to Strengthen The Tree Of Life

Soulbath Peace Foundation was invited to the annual seminar for the elders from the Ashvasan Community. The gathering was attended by about 300 elders from different walks of life in Bangalore.
Soulbath Peace Foundation focused on spreading the CORPORitual fragrance during the engaging interaction. In our everyday existence when we are focused on tasks, then it is an Outer Awareness. However, there is a lot that nature teaches us – to give and receive, by being rooted that is on an ongoing basis.
Thus the Tree of Life was the theme – The beginning of a New Dawn by Being Aware. At every stage in our life we often feel that if this stage is over one can relax. However life is an evolving circle and the path needs to be traversed everyday. The choice we have is the more sustainable we are on this process, the more we give back in a useful way for a longer period of time.
The interaction was focused on bringing the awareness of the current lifestyle and to change the way one could look at it – thus being more useful to oneself, spouse, family and therefore the larger community.
Inspired by CORPORitual’s “Meet Yourself in Silence” where Sri Raj Bhowmik emphasizes that in our unconscious existence we know everyone around us except ourselves, the elders experienced a simple, yet powerful tool of self reflection that is ongoing & affects their wellbeing at large.
The various facets of stress impacting different age groups through examples from everyday life were discussed that helped the elderly understand and reflect upon the importance of recognizing the early symptoms of stress in the body and mind to work towards restoring balance immediately.
In families when we give in to relationships unconsciously forgetting our individual needs, there comes a point of breakdown where we become demanding in the same relationships we have given earlier. Sri Raj Bhowmik’s most profound lessons of compassion & forgiving to bury the past were emphasized, thus letting go to cleanse and begin New was highlighted.
The CORPORitual fragrance of understanding love and feeling it in one’s system that is brought about through human relationships where individual’s feel appreciated and cared were touched through examples from everyday life.
“I have learned that under everyone's hard shell is someone who wants to be appreciated and loved.” - Sri Raj Bhowmik
Life is like a garden where there are many trees. Each tree has a unique identity and purpose. But trees always make their own food by receiving all the elements from Nature to then make fruits. Fruits that are sweet are shared to all. Similarly in life, when we pause frequently to look at using what we are naturally provided to make fruits of our life, we share the fruits to a larger community. If we don’t, then in sometime, the tree does not get nourishment to go on and the fruits stop. That is when old age begins to set in and the tree begins to wilt.
Following the CORPORitual fragrance of Life, one can tap into the energies of Life through different relationships and share the fruits consistently, in an ongoing manner for a longer time. This is when the Tree of Life is in the midst of a beautiful garden, providing shelter to passer bys who need help, providing fruits to the hungry, cool breeze & cleaning up the environment that affects the entire community.
“Before the Chief Referee blows his whistle, your garden of “being more” has to contain more roses than those in your garden of “having more”. Only then can your life have some meaning. Or else you have just come and you will just be gone. Ask yourself – Is that how you want to live or leave?” - Sri Raj Bhowmik
The bigger agenda in life is to be useful and leave – and in that being useful, “Our Inner Being” is the most important – to connect, feel nurtured from it, nurture it and then spread the fragrance around.
