Soulbath Peace Foundation meets Mind Tree
Class Values in Action through
CORPORitual Values Of Living
Raj Bhowmik 620
As one enters the doors of Mind Tree, one is welcomed by a beautiful quote that was apt for a CLASS Value Workspace Wellness Session. The quote was by one of the biggest physicists who practiced CORPORitual in his daily existence – Albert Einstein “Try not to become a man of success but rather to become a man of value.”
That was the beginning of April 9th at the Whitefield Mind Tree Office. The room slowly got filled with a team of about 48 people with varied profiles and domains of experience – some trainees, freshers, team leaders, achievers and managers. What was common to all of them were they waited eagerly to this Team Enhancement CORPORitual workshop.
CORPORitual Values Of Living was screened in pin drop silence as everybody got aligned to a fine beginning of experiencing the journey of living their life more consciously. Beliefs about the pictures that we paint in our lives were telling stories of common people and what they wanted to be and how they wanted to achieve it. The CORPORitual Values of Living helped individuals understand that based on these pictures, our strong perceptions creates an imaginary story where we try to fit in people, situations and respond based on old data although Living has moved on. When participants realized it, there was a smile on their face and an eagerness to receive more doses from the Generous Essence of Sri Raj Bhowmik.
The turning point in the CORPORitual Workshop was the realization that the mind doesn’t really exist. It is the body that has a mind of its own and the good news of hope and a breather was when participants experienced it first hand through the power of their breaths.
Mind Tree Minds experienced CLASS Values in Action through CORPORitual Values that are completely and wholesomely aligned with each other.
CLASS Values
C – Caring for each other, clients and for stakeholders.
L – Learning – Personal development and Innovation.
A – Achieving – Aspiration, accountability & action orientation.
S – Sharing – Team Work and Knowledge Creation
S - Social Responsibility – Corporate citizenship & integrity
CORPORitual Value Meeting Yourself in Silence allows one to recognize the current reference point. Participants experienced the transformation from chaos to compassion in the session. When the reference point changes, Control becomes Care. (C in CLASS)
CORPORitual Value Of Manifest your Purpose Of Existence: Participants understood a part of themselves that they had never paid attention to. It was an ability within them that they were good at. In our lives, the platforms like Work, relationships and people whom we are with get us to develop these abilities and one day we really get mastery in one specific part of that ability when it impacts a larger whole. This ability is always within us – an inspiration that has touched us. Mind Tree Minds realized a point in their lives that they had forgotten to notice this inspiration and this was a starting point for that journey again. At this point, the quote that welcomed us at the doorway holds true – when Values of “Being more”rather than “having more” encompasses Success. When we do something that we truly love, and do it from a being more point then through a series of experiences, the Purpose is realized. Then Living becomes learning & growing. (L in CLASS)
At this point Aspiration becomes Achievement (Moving away from ambition and rat race). (A in CLASS)
CORPORitual Value Of Practice Compassion and Forgive and Bury the Past were experienced through a centering exercise that got participants to look within, release the grudges that they were holding on and look at the situation from a fresh perspective. At this point Success was realized through a team bonding experience and when success is beyond material ambition and possession, it has the intrinsic energy to be shared with Care and Compassion. At this reference point Success becomes Sharing and creating opportunities for all becomes Social Responsibility. (S & S in CLASS).
Participants felt light, satisfied, happy, relaxed as they shared their experience through the CORPORitual Centering Exercise. This was followed by a Book Reading from the Chapter on Manifesting Your Purpose of Existence.
“if you want to be a winner, then, your goal should be desired by the soul. Stay close to your heart and soul in whatsoever you do, and it will manifest your goal to you.” – Sri Raj Bhowmik
Thank You Raj. Being so close to CORPORitual today we realize that it is truly the basic ingredient necessary to live a harmonious life that is successful & saturated with joy and peace. Where everyone has an opportunity to interact with the eco system of life from a neural Now space rather than an imagined space. This is Living and truly worth sharing with the whole of humanity on this planet.
Reflection from CORPORitual Participants @ Mind Tree
Aditya Karanth A (Team Lead, Winner of the Chairman’s Award 2012)
The CORPORitual workshop has been an eye opener as we get caught up in our daily life in a rat race, we forget to live life. The workshop made us realize that the journey of life is very important than the destination. Good content & simple concepts and language makes this session all the more interesting.
